You now have the option to quickly set a customer's Loyalty Points to 0 from the Loyalty Target Page. You may wish to do this if the loyalty account has been inactive for a long period of time. To do so:

Sign in to the Back Office

Select 'Accounts'
- Select Loyalty Accounts
- Click on the 'Target' button

The 'Target loyalty customers' screen will then be displayed.

Enter your filters and press Search

This brings up a result of the customers based on your filters applied

Select the account(s) you wish to update from the Target page and press the new “Zero Points” button at the top of the screen:
