You now have the option to quickly set a customer's Loyalty Points to 0 from the Loyalty Target Page. You may wish to do this if the loyalty account has been inactive for a long period of time. To do so:

• Go to Accounts --> Loyalty Accounts section

• Click on the 'Target' button

• The 'Target loyalty customers' screen will then be displayed.

• enter in your filters and press search

• This brings up a result of the customers based on your filters applied

• Select the account(s) you wish to update from the Target page and press the new “Zero Points” button at the top of the screen:
