Go to the Retail 365 home screen

Scan the product barcode or manually type in the product name into the search

Select the General Information tab

Select the new VAT rate from the VAT Rate dropdown as dislayed below

Scroll down and press

The below message will then be displayed temporarily to let you know the change has been updated successfully
- Dont forget to Create a Product Export so the till(s) knows of the change
