- If you are trying to dispense a High Tech product under the HT scheme but you are getting the following message:

Click Yes to the message to change the scheme to DR

When on the dispensing screen, select the Options tab and select Product
- Select the Dispense Info tab and tick the HT Allowed tick box
- Click Close
- You will then be brought back to your dispense when you can now change the scheme to High Tech
