The Patient Medication List report can be used to get a list of a Patients medication from their PMR

To create this report go to the Patients PMR

Highlight the required medication. To do this click on the first item and then press Ctrl button and click on the required items with your mouse.

While items are highlighted navigate to Modules then reports

Go to Patient group and then Patient Medication list

Hit Preview and a report like below will appear
