Repeat a Previous Dispense

• Navigate to the patient's PMR

• Select all of the items on the PMR you want to repeat

• Press Repeat (KEYBOARD: ALT+P)

• If you need to make changes to any of the repeated items, do so now

• Once you're happy with all of the information click Complete (KEYBOARD:Alt + M) to finish your dispense

Selecting Multiple Items to Repeat

To select multiple items on the PMR you can use either:

• A. mouse and keyboard
• B. Just the keyboard

To use (A) mouse and keyboard:

• Click the first item with the mouse

• Hold down (KEYBOARD: CTRL)

• Click the next item with the mouse

• Repeat steps (2) and (3) until you have all of your items selected

To use (B) just the keyboard:

• Use the ARROW keys on the keyboard to highlight the first item you wish to select

• Press (KEYBOARD: SPACEBAR)

• Use the ARROW keys on the keyboard to highlight the next item you wish to select

• Repeat steps (2) and (3) until you have all of your items selected
