To void an individual item, highlight the item to be voided using the arrows and press the small Thumbs Down button

The below message will then be displayed to you
- Click Yes to void the line or Cancel
How to Void a Sale
- To void an entire transaction press the big Thumbs Down button
- The below message will then be displayed to you
- Click Yes to void the sale or Cancel ton continue with the sale
