• Open Retail 365

• Search for the product you wish to have a zero retail price using the product search box

• Once you have selected your product, the screen below will then be displayed to you

• Select the General Information tab

• Scroll down and tick This product has a zero retail price as displayed below

• You will then need to create a Product Export & update your tills for the change to take effect on the till software
