Displayed in the below screenshot, Section A displays historical dispensed drugs.

Section B allows you to Insert a new dispense, Edit a past dispense, Repeat a past dispensed drug\script, and Repeat & complete.
To Insert a new dispense

Navigate to the patient's PMR

Click New Script or (KEYBOARD: ALT & I)

Type the name of the item you wish to dispense into the Drug field

The search defaults to items dispensed recently. If you wish to search all products press F8

Enter the DISPENSED quantity

Enter in the Dosage instructions

Press NEXT to add another item

Press the Complete button to complete the script or (KEYBOARD: ALT + M)

Press F10 to return to the patient's file
How To Add a Drug Note:

Highlight the drug, on the bottom right-hand corner you will see “Enter Drug Note Here”.

Type in what you would like to say, you will then see that a Green tick appears in the Note column, this is to highlight that there is a note against this particular drug.
