How to Add Points to a Single Product
Each Product on retail 365 has a field on the General information tab called loyalty points. When there is a value greater than 0 in this field then each time this product is sold in a sale with a customer who has a loyalty card, points will be accumulated for that sale of that product.
Please note: There is an application role 'can edit loyalty points'. If this is set to NO you will not be able to add or edit the points
How to Add / Remove points on multiple products
- Go to Back Office –-> Advanced Search

Click '+Add Filter' –> Select 'Loyalty Points' from the Choose filter dropdown

Loyalty Points = zero

Press 'Apply Filter'

This will bring up a list of all the products on your system that do not have a loyalty point assigned to them at present.

Click on the pencil icon to bring up 'Quick Edit'

in the Loyalty Points field, type in the number of points you want to assign to the products found

Press Update Products.
- This will assign points to the selected products.
