Using the Rx accounts on the till
When using Rx accounts with Retail 365 there are three different scenarios to be aware of

Completing a sale containing one or more prescriptions linked to the same account

Completing a sale with non-prescription products

Completing a sale with two prescriptions that are linked to different accounts
A sale containing one or more prescriptions linked to the same account
- Begin this by scanning your prescription(s) as a normal product. The price of your prescription will appear

Select ‘Credit A/CS’

You will be automatically linked to the customer’s account and the below notification will now appear ensuring that you wish to sell into an Rx account - Select Yes
- The sale has now been completed
A sale with non-prescription products

Scan your products and Select Credit A/CS to sell into account

Since there has been no prescription scanned you will not be directly linked to an account like before

As a result, you must search for the account manually by entering part of the customer’s first or last name into the correct box. Click New Search

The account information will now appear

Click Sell Now
A sale with two prescriptions linked that are linked to different accounts

When a sale involves prescriptions that are linked to different accounts you must search for the account you wish to sell into manually

Therefore once the two scripts have been scanned you can complete the sale in the same way as above
Receiving a payment on account at the till

Log into the sales screen

Select Credit A/C's.

Search the customer’s account in the same manner as above

Using the keyboard enter the amount being paid into the account which will appear in the Payment Amount box

Click Enter

Select Pay-In
