To check a Products Current Order Status you will need to:

Open Retail 365

Search for the product using the Product Search

The below screen will then be displayed

Click on the Order Info tab of the product

At the bottom of this page you will see a section called Current Order Status as displayed below

If the product is not currently sitting on an order list, or waiting to be check in, it will show no records to display

If the product is currently on an order waiting to be sent or waiting to be checked in, you will see the below
Order Statuses Explained

Waiting to be sent: Currently sitting on an order in Manage Orders

Waiting for supplier response: The order has been sent, but the supplier has not yet accepted this order. The order will be in the Awaiting Response tab of the orders screen

Waiting to be checked in The order has been received by the supplier. It's now in Waiting to check in to book the stock in when it arrives
