Rx 365 can now connect to the Pharmacies Healthmail account and import the scripts from Healthmail into the Script Uploads -> Healthmail section automatically. We run a check every minute to see if there are any new Healthmail prescriptions to download. Rx 365 will download the prescription and add it to the Healthmail queue on the Back Office in chronological order.

Where can I find the Health Mail's imported into Rx365?

In the Script Uploads section on the Rx365 Back Office, we have added a Healthmail section. Any prescription that is uploaded from Healthmail will be displayed here.
