When you create an Advice Message(s) and assign it to a product(s), this message will be printed out on a separate label along with the Drug & Bag labels.
Please note: for this label to print out, you would need an Advice Label template created and selected in the Configuration--> Label printing section of Rx. Please call Touchstore support to get this set up.
How to Create Advice Messages

Sign into the RX 365 Back Office
- Alternatively, you can select Modules -> Product Maintenance

Select the Config tile
- Select Advice from the side bar
- Your existing Advice messages will be displayed here. Click the 'Add a New Advice Message' button
- The below screen will then be displayed allowing you to enter in anew advice message - See example below
- Click Save when complete
How to Edit Advice Messages

After selecting the Advice tab, your existing advice messages will be displayed

Click the Pencil icon beside the advice message you wish to edit
- Make your changes and click the *save** button when complete
How to Delete Advice Messages
- Click the Bin icon beside the advice message you want to delete
- The below message will then be displayed. Click 'Yes, delete this item!'
