Search for the Patient and open their PMR

Highlight the item/script.

On the PMR screen on the bottom left you will see a VIEW icon
- Click this and you will be able to view the Cost of the script.

TOTAL COST: The total cost of the drug, including fees, markup etc.

EXTRA CHARGES: You can add in extra charges into this field that you want to be added to the Total Cost of the current dispense of the drug to the patient.

You can make this figure a positive or negative value.
- Please note that upon repeat of this dispense, this extra charge will be carried over to the next dispense until it's removed.

COST PRICE: The cost of the product itself, as in the cost of purchasing the product from the supplier.
- You can view the individual pricing of a drug by highlighting an item and clicking the Price tab
