Loyalty System Setup

Login to Retail 365

Press on the Config tile

Select the Loyalty tab

Click the
button

The screen displayed below will now appear
-
Select TouchStore Loyalty from the 'Type' dropdown.
- Note: This is the only loyalty system currently available on Retail 365
-
In the 'Description' field enter the description of your loyalty system that will appear on your customer's receipt

In the 'Points Value' field enter the monetary value you would like assigned to each loyalty point earned on this system
- In the example displayed above, the customer must have a points value balance of at least €3.00 before they can redeem their points. (the spend will have been €300 on products with a points value attached)

In the 'Minimum Redemption' field enter the minimum points value (in monetary terms) required before a customer can use their points to pay for goods

Starting Points – Enter points figure in here if you wish to give each new customer an opening points value.

Default Product Points – You can specify a default points value per product: When a new product is created, all stores assigned to this loyalty system will have a default loyalty points value assigned to the product based on this setting

T&C’s URL – You can enter a link to your loyalty Terms and conditions. This is shown on the email template

Age Limit – Enter a figure here if you have a minimum age limit.

Welcome SMS Template – You can create a welcome SMS template which can be sent to each new loyalty customer.

Birthday SMS Template – You can create a Birthday Template which will send out a SMS message when a loyalty customers birthday occurs.

SMS OPT out option – When you fill this in with the stop message you want to enter. This can be added as a field to each SMS Template set up
Default options when setting up a new loyalty account

Email is required – When ticked this will mean that a new loyalty card has to have an email linked to it. The new loyalty card status will be inactive. (they can accumulate points but not redeem them)

You will have a new loyalty card email template set up.

This will get emailed to each new loyalty card account.

The customer will need to activate the account through the link on this email.

Phone Number is required – When ticked a phone number is required when creating a new loyalty account.

Name is required – When ticked a Name (first Name and Surname is required when creating a new loyalty account.

Double Points in a birthday month. – When this is ticked the loyalty customer we'll get double points in their birthday month.

Welcome Email - Email Template Setup

Send Welcome Email
- Used where you require the new loyalty card to be activated.
- You can also have the system set that the new loyalty card customer get sent add generic welcome e-mail where the card setting for the e-mail is not set.

E-mail subject
- In here you can type in the subject of your e-mail.

E-mail template
- In here you can insert placeholders and free type your welcome e-mail.

- Disable Loyalty System button – Note, when pressed was disabled the loyalty system on your back office.
Accepted Loyalty Identifier formats
- The screen will now update allowing you to add Loyalty Identifier Formats to your new loyalty system. This is the Loyalty barcode number format and mobile phone number formats.
The Loyalty Identifier Formats are the various formats that Retail 365 will permit you to use to search against any specific loyalty card using the phone number attached to it

Azpiral Loyalty Cards - You can also allow your tills to recognise and accept Azpiral card formats as part of your loyalty system by clicking the
button

Press the
button to add all Irish mobile phone number formats.

Press the
button If your store has custom loyalty cards

Enter the relevant information in the box that appears

Scan a custom loyalty card and click Test to ensure you have entered the correct criteria
