The Orders Awaiting Response tab displays any orders where we have not yet received a response from a supplier/wholesaler within 5 minutes that they have received your order.

Usually, this section will not display any information and the screen will be displayed similar to the below.

If there is an issue on the supplier side with not being able to receive the order or Similar it will show in this section like this

If this occurs please follow up with the Supplier who you sent the order to.
