How to Merge Loyalty Accounts

Sign in to the Back Office

Select 'Accounts'
- Select Loyalty Accounts
- Select the account that you wish to merge (the one that will be removed)

Press the 'Merge' button

The box below will then be displayed to you

Choose the account you want to merge the selected account into and press “Merge Accounts”

The message below will be displayed temporarily, letting you know the merge was successful
