How to Merge Loyalty Accounts

Sign into the Back Office

Select 'Accounts' -> Loyalty Accounts

Select the account that you wish to merge (the one that will be removed)

Press the 'Merge' button

The below box will then be displayed to you
-
Choose the account you want to merge the selected account into and press “Merge Accounts”

The below message will be displayed temporarily letting you know the merge was successful
