You now have the ability to assign a loyalty customer to a loyalty club account group. The account group can have its own rules for applying loyalty points - so if a customer is part of a group, they can earn more (or less) points than a customer who is not in the group. You can set up as many groups as you like but a customer can only be part of one group.
How to Create a group

Go to Config > Account Groups

Click

Enter the following:
- Name
- Type
- Loyalty Point Multiplier - this field specifies what multiplier should be used to calculate points for customers in this group. For example, if all customers in this group should earn double points, you can specify 2 as the “Loyalty Points Multiplier”
