View the Balance or Top up an existing TouchStore Gift Card

Top Up an existing Gift Card:

• Sign in to Sales Screen

• Press Gift Cards

• Select Top Up Card

• Top up the card using the value the customers wants to top it up by

• Click Enter, The screen below will then be displayed, Select Yes

• You are taken to the payment screen

• Complete the Sale by taking the payment for the Gift Card

To View the Balance of a Gift Card

• Sign in to Sales Screen

• Press Gift Cards

• Select Show Card Balance

• Scan the Card or type in the card number & press Enter

• After clicking Enter, the card balance will then appear on the screen, similar to the below:

• Press Clear to close this
