If you wish to refund a Sale and the value of that sale back onto a Gift Card:

• Sign in to Sales Screen

• Scan Product(s)

• Press Minus button

• Press OK on the message displayed

• Press Thumbs Up

• Sign in to Sales Screen again

• Press Gift Cards

• Press Issue New Gift Card

• Scan New TouchStore Gift Card

• Type in the Value of the Refund given

• Press Enter & then Press the SUB button

• Press YES to confirm the value of the Gift Card being issued

• You are taken to the payment screen

• Press Thumbs up to complete

• Issue Gift Card to Customer

• Get the Customer to sign one of the Refund Receipts. Keep signed Receipt
