How to Select the Scheme and/or Script Type While Dispensing

• Search for the Patient using the patient search or by clicking F2 on your keyboard and open their PMR

• Click 'New Script' (KEYBOARD: Alt + I)

  • SCHEME: Select the scheme that the drug will be dispensed on

  • EMER SUPPLY/LOAN: Underneath the scheme dropdown it will display either EMER SUPPLY/LOAN, depending on the settings of the scheme you are dispensing on.

  • PHASED: Tick this box to start the process of phasing a dispense.

  • NOT DISPENSED: Tick this box to mark the item as not dispensed.
