If you are not sure if you are set up for text messaging to Patients please check with Touchstore Support as you will need to purchase SMS credits to send text messages
How Do I Set Up a Patient For SMS
Search for Patient and then press F3 to access their Patient Maintenance screen
Go to the Mobile Field in the Contact information section at the bottom of the edit page. Make sure the correct number is entered here.
Text messages will only send to the number in the mobile field. If their mobile number is in any of the Tel boxes please move the mobile number to the mobile field
Press button to save information
