- Open Retail 365 and Select Promotions
- The below screen will then be displayed to you
- Click Add New Promotion

In the Description box, label the promotion according to how you wish to have it described on the receipt

Select the type of promotion from the dropdown list

Enter the Start Date, End Date, Trigger Level & Amount

Press

The Products in this Promotion section will then appear as displayed below

From here, you can scan or type in each product you wish to be a part of this promo, alternatively, you can click the
to add more than one product at a time - see link to Promotion-Adding Multiple Products

The below message wil be displayed temporarily letting you know the product has been added successfully
- Your Promotion is now set up! Create a Product Export & update all till(s) for the promotion to activate on the till(s)
