Loyalty - How to Add a Tag to an Account
You can now add Tag(s) to a loyalty account. This can be helpful when you want to target certain groups of loyalty accounts based on demographics or sales history.
For example, you can use the Target Loyalty Accounts functionality to find all customers who have purchased a CLARINS product and add the “Clarins” tag to their accounts. In future, if you want to send marketing material to these customers, you can simply search for customers with the “Clarins” tag and send them all an SMS or email.
- To do this go to Accounts-> Loyalty Accounts
- Edit the account by clicking on the pencil icon
- Scroll to the end of the screen to the 'Loyalty Tags' section

Click Add a new tag

Select a Tag from the dropdown & click Add Tag
